| Part - 24 Voluntary winding up and winding up subject to supervision 275. Applicability of rules. (1) Where an  application is made to the Tribunal in pursuance of the provisions  relating to the voluntary winding up of a LLP, whether or not an order  shall have been made that the voluntary winding up shall continue, the  proceedings contained in these rules, so far as may be, shall be applied  to the subject- matter and mode of such application in a voluntary  winding up. (2) Save as  aforesaid, Rules which from their nature and subject-matter, or by the  headlines above the group in which they are contained or by their terms  are made applicable only to proceedings in a winding-up by the Tribunal  or only to such proceedings and to proceedings in a creditors’ voluntary  winding up, shall not apply to proceedings in a voluntary winding up,  or, as the case may be, in a members’ voluntary winding up, whether any  such voluntary winding up is or is not being continued under the  supervision of the Tribunal. |
